s anyone from InvestEngine able to provide an update or reassurance regarding the current account access / 2FA issues?
I have been unable to access my account since last week after being asked to set up 2FA, because the email validation code does not arrive. I have contacted support several times and submitted a complaint, but have not received any response or acknowledgement.
I appreciate that technical issues can happen, but the lack of any communication is now more concerning than the original issue. Even a short update confirming whether InvestEngine is aware of a wider 2FA/email-code problem, whether customer funds remain secure, and what affected customers should do next would be very helpful.
Could someone from InvestEngine please provide reassurance and confirm the correct urgent escalation route for customers who are currently locked out of their accounts
