2FA/account access problems: request for reassurance from InvestEngine

s anyone from InvestEngine able to provide an update or reassurance regarding the current account access / 2FA issues?

I have been unable to access my account since last week after being asked to set up 2FA, because the email validation code does not arrive. I have contacted support several times and submitted a complaint, but have not received any response or acknowledgement.

I appreciate that technical issues can happen, but the lack of any communication is now more concerning than the original issue. Even a short update confirming whether InvestEngine is aware of a wider 2FA/email-code problem, whether customer funds remain secure, and what affected customers should do next would be very helpful.

Could someone from InvestEngine please provide reassurance and confirm the correct urgent escalation route for customers who are currently locked out of their accounts

Not sure if it is reassuring but this seems to be attached to some kind of update. I had the same issue a few months ago and the only fix was when we walked through it together with support on chat. It was highly frustrating and I put in a complaint daily until I got a real person to sort it out. For some reason I suspect they are overwhelmed by the same bug but it was easily fixed once done. There was a bit of gaslighting ‘oh really not sure what can have caused it’ but when I got through to someone finally it was clear it was a frequent issue. It has never gone wrong again so I encourage you to pursue it and they will fix it if you kick up enough of a stink.

yeah im having issues with 2fa, tried different days to get the email but to no avail
