Locked out of account since Monday 11th May, customer service is non existent. I have now 3 customer reference numbers, 343261, 345189, & 346316. Suddenly locked out on Monday 11th password doesn’t work, fingerprint doesn’t work, 4 digit code doesn’t work, recovery password accepted, new one given, click to continue doesn’t do anything, still locked out. Asking me to open my app which am locked out of. ‘Didn’t receive notifications maybe your notifications are turned off,’ no they are on. No where to put the recovery phase in! Fed up! I wish I went with Trading 212 now, I only went with Invest Engine because I’m new to investing and it looked like an easier platform to start with. Customer support & 2FA set up lets this whole business down.
Exactly the same here no reply I’ve been locked out since last Thursday shocking the lack of updates of any kind seriously regretting putting money into this company
I am also still locked out and have had no support response despite contacting InvestEngine multiple times since last week.
In my case, this is not a lost 2FA device. The issue arose when InvestEngine required 2FA setup, but the email validation code needed to complete setup did not arrive.
Given that several users now appear to be reporting similar lockout/support issues, can someone from InvestEngine please confirm whether there is a known 2FA/email-code problem and what the urgent escalation route is for customers who cannot access their accounts?
Customer Service got back to me yesterday, Wednesday 20th May 2026 after been locked out of account since Monday 11th May 2026, (10 days). Managed tog back on this morning. They apologised for the time due to higher than normal volume (complaints). Maybe if you got 2FA sorted out you wouldn’t have this many complaints.
Me too. There are some poor websites around, but this takes the biscuit.
