I tried to withdraw my funds but my account has been frozen for KYC checks. I wasn’t informed about the KYC checks I had to follow up and ask why the withdrawal hadn’t gone through.
I withdrew funds without issue in April and have added more money since. I need the funds to exchange on a property purchase but I cannot get any response from customer service.
This is very frustrating and has likely collapsed my housing chain.
