Trying to withdraw Cash - Delays and no support

So I clicked to withdraw cash on wednesday, thursday I get a request for KYC bank statement and you cancel my withdrawal. I send this immediately. I email, no responses, no way to contact you, i have clicked to withdraw again… whats going on? Why no response? I need this money in my account on morning of 30/6/26 latest. Please help!
