Customer Support is Rubbish

I have sent 4 emails today to customer service and have received 0 replies to my questions.

What’s going off with customer support?

Have you previously emailed CS? What was the response time then? AFAIK, both AJ Bell and Vanguard has a response time of 24-48 hours depending on the question.

Yes, some.time.ago, response time was within a couple of hours, never had to wait all day which is why I stayed with IE. So how long do they take to respond nowadays?

We are currently experiencing higher volumes due to following the rcent high profile launch of SIP transfers and we’re working to get these back to normal levels.

I have been very patient. There’s no excuse for a company ran on poor customer service when it comes to finance. You need to improve drastically.

I am waiting for confirmation of an external bank transfer. Now in my 64th hour of waiting for reply from support on why it’s not progressing, sent another request and checked filters and spam.

The empty promise of 2 hours email response from their website for reference:

“Our compassionate Client Support team are always here to help and we aim to respond to emails during our opening hours within 2 hours*
