Have you previously emailed CS? What was the response time then? AFAIK, both AJ Bell and Vanguard has a response time of 24-48 hours depending on the question.
Yes, some.time.ago, response time was within a couple of hours, never had to wait all day which is why I stayed with IE. So how long do they take to respond nowadays?

At the moment we are experiencing big amounts of client’s threads. This is due to our new services provided, like SIPP Transfers from new providers.

I have been very patient. There’s no excuse for a company ran on poor customer service when it comes to finance. You need to improve drastically.
