Is anyone else experiencing completely unacceptable response times from support lately?
I have a significant portfolio invested across various accounts here, but the level of service is honestly shocking. We are talking about people’s life savings, yet it takes 5 to 7 days just to get a basic reply to an urgent email.
To make matters worse, I recently initiated a withdrawal/reversal, and they have significantly short-changed me—sending the wrong amount and leaving a massive chunk of my cash completely stranded on the platform. I’ve reached out to get this sorted, and once again, absolute radio silence for days.
Does anyone know the direct route to bypass standard support and submit an official, formal complaint to the compliance team? I’ve had enough of the delays and need this escalated to management immediately.
