Locked out of my account and been told it's been closed

Can someone from customer service please contact me to sort this out. I have contacted you several times.

I am not able to log into the app and I am receiving no SMS text messages.

This is really not good!

Paul from customer service has told me that my account has been closed, even though this is not true and I have a big chunk of my savings in there..wtf?
