I have emailed support to register an issue with the app and subsequently logging in to the site but have yet to receive a response to remedy the situation. Is there a timeframe for them to get back in touch?
Got sorted eventually but I am of the mindset that if you experience any difficulty in accessing your account, it will not be fixed over a weekend.
I am in the same position, absolutely no response from support for nearly 24 hours.
How long was it until you got a response? I am regretting my choice of platform now. Never had this issue with any other provider.
I got a response fairly quickly to the initial notification of being locked out but from my initial email to the problem being resolved it took 4 days, but that included the weekend. They apologised and said they had the usual “high volume” but I suspect their weekend support is limited to fix certain errors.
Good luck with your issue, but I am all back up and running now, thankfully.
