I just created an account and downloaded the app. E|verything wors fine for the first few hours. I even tranferred some funds. Now I cannot login.
That bot is useless. I have sent many request to customer services and nothing yet.
How long does it take fo them to get back to you
do they have a phone number? or online chat with a real person

Not according to the Help pages… it’s either via email or the contact form on the website.
One of the major flaws of IE’s offering for me, I have to say.
I have been contacted by email to provide more details. The problem is still unresolved. Is this a reflection of their customer service?
