I have just opened my account last Saturday. I have made my first fund transfer on the same day through the TrueLayer interface.
The amount has been immediately deducted from my bank account, but my InvestEngine account shows zero. Now it is Monday. So if there was any ‘weekend delay’, it should have been over, but still there is nothing in my InvestEngine.
Where has my money gone?
Apologies for the inconvenience caused. I wanted to let you know that we are aware of an issue with our bank provider, which is causing an occasional delay in funds reaching some customers accounts. Would you mind sending me your name and email address so I can check the system for you?
