Money still processing after adding funds through TrueLayer

Hi team,

I have added funds from Revolut to investengine via TrueLayer 03-Apr2023 22:45
but the investengine app still shows “We are processing your £XXXX deposit”.

Can anyone open a support ticket to help my case?so I can send you my Revolut transaction confirmation to you.

Unfortunately, when there’re issues on TrueLayer’s side, as they are a third party, we cannot influence their work.

Your transfer should be processed shortly.
