So 6 months ago I contacted support about adding Tide as an option for instant bank transfers and they said it’ll be “passed on”, but nothing seems to have happened. It’s quite frustrating having to do a manual transfer every time and wait for it to clear. I imagine a lot of other business account owners are similarly frustrated.
Tide is Truelayer compatable, which is what you use for instant transfers so it shouldn’t really be that much of a deal to get sorted, but it appears to have fallen down the same black hole as company payments into SIPPs. Is there any update on this?

Hi! I’m afraid that Tide only support Data Services through Truelayer, we will need them to support payments as well to add them to our Open banking option
