Cannot use instant bank transfers

Hello,

I am currently unable since a couple of days to add money via instant bank transfer.

When I click on the banner I just the following banner:

I have reported this to support but no reply so far. Anyone else experiencing this?

same here. Monday 9am, great day to invest and buy some dips, and you cant instant transfer Monday, and its been like this since Friday by the looks of it. P*ss poor that.

Yeah same here. Not connecting to my bank account (Santander). Come on guys, please try to fix asap! Trying to buy the dip here!!! Been like this since mid week last week.

Same here been trying to add all weekend and today. Not great at all. Still no response on this from customer service. Extremely poor and disappointing. Did a manual transfer and even that takes 1 day to go through.

Got the same .. when you don’t get a response or quick turnaround is does start you thinking if you would have the same issues getting your money out . Poor customer service

Yep same here, i like to top up and invest every Monday but couldn’t yesterday and still can’t this morning, very frustrating

Exactly. Not a great signal. Starting to think to pull my ISA out.

Finally had to do a manual bank transfer because I couldn’t get the instant one to work. But I am seriously considering divesting from InvestEngine. The things need to work immediately or if not customer support must be lightspeedy to assist.

The manual transfer is no fun either, question upon question asking if I’m sure, then photo of my passport, then scan passport then photo all for it to fail at the last step.

Same especially worrying after blackrock limiting withdrawals :thinking:the amount of account they have you would think they would have some kind of mechanism to tell you why and that it’s been reported and is being looked at.
