There are a couple of places that have this bug. I’m using Chrome on a desktop.
- When one fills in the Monthly savings plan, it appears a pop-up that slides in from the bottom. If one clicks away, e.g. on the background of the IE screen (perhaps by accident) the pop-up disappears. It slides back down never to be seen again. One has to start all over again entering all the details. Very annoying !!
- The other place that uses this same technique is the “email us” link on the ISA Transfer form. I was typing away a nice long message for it to be lost on a simple click away. One never finds time to type the same words again.
