I would like to suggest a service status page be added.
This would give a reference point for people having problems with the service.
As for me I would like to see a status for the following core functions.
mobile login with a last known issue date and resolution date.
website login with the same details as mobile
Percentage of trades over 2 days old
This would give a level of confidence in the functions of a otherwise excellent service.
