Hi,

I have a business investment account with InvestEngine. I manged to fund the cash (£15000) from my Business bank account to the InvestEngine invest account, could see that the funds had left my Business account and showed as cash in IE. As the funds had reached IE, I clicked and cancelled the manual transfer thinking it no longer applied. Now the cash has completely disappeared from the IE account and I have no idea where it is, and my Business bank account has been debited of the money, please help, thanks

Contact the bank your business account is with and give them the details for the transfer to IE - the bank will be able to track down the money. Go into branch if you can.

Also, do send an email to IE support and explain what happened - they’ll be able to have a looksee from their side.

Do not attempt to make the payment again until this is cleared up!
