Order waiting execution

Hello there,

I placed multiple orders on Friday morning before the cutoff time (2pm) and today Monday 5pm I’m still waiting all my orders to be executed. I am not even allowed to cancel the order.

I contacted the customer care and apparently my order cannot even be seen by them (but by me!).

What is going on with the platform?

I already regretted opening an account with InvestEngine.

I’m sorry to see delays in your account.

A customer can cancel a transaction if it’s not executed yet and if the transaction was made not within the trading window.
